General Pricing

Home Document Package
$2000 – $4000/build Based on model. Physical address for each build required. Includes the following:

• Full permit set
• Factory-installed MEP design (Manual J, minimum)
• Full set of engineered calculations based on state-specific codes
• Truss design documentation (If required)
• State required thermal check and design (i.e., REScheck)
• Phone and email support through the third party and state approval process

Volume Discount

A 50% discount on the PER BUILD order amount is applied. For additional builds off the same approval set (will require a district address as it is still a separate project for CHP with full design review).

2. What if I need custom modifications? Customizations can be requested on the Home Planner on our website. We charge for alterations per our pricing agreement and invoice you after we deliver the document.
3. How quickly can I start building after purchasing? Most manufacturers receive final jurisdiction approval within 2-6 weeks and can begin production immediately after.
