1. Can I cancel my contract? Yes, cancel anytime.
2. What if I need custom modifications? Customizations can be requested on the Home Planner on our website. We charge for alterations per our pricing agreement and invoice you after we deliver the document.
3. How quickly can I start building after purchasing? Most manufacturers receive final jurisdiction approval within 2-6 weeks and can begin production immediately after.
4. Who owns the plan set? Craft Home Plans develops and owns all the plans we offer. Manufacturers will receive permission to build when a plan set is purchased and permission to re-build for a reduced rate.
5. Can I continue to build your homes if I cancel my contract with Craft Home Plans? No. All home plans, even those downloaded during the contracted period, cannot be used to construct our homes from once the contract is cancelled.
