$500/month - Autodraft required for recurring payments.

Volume Pricing

A 25% discount on the PER BUILD order amount is applied after the 7th home. This discount is figured annually with the home count resetting the 1st of each year. Subscription and Additional Services are unaffected.

1. What's the difference between subscription and purchase? Your subscription gives you access to browse plans and specifications. When you're ready to manufacture a specific design, you purchase that plan set. You can only build each plan the number of times specified on the plan set.
2. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, cancel anytime.
3. What if I need custom modifications? Customizations can be requested on the Home Planner on our website. We charge for alterations per our pricing sheet and invoice you after we deliver the document. You will still need tto pay for the base plan set before modifications can begin.
4. How quickly can I start building after purchasing? Most manufacturers receive final jurisdiction approval within 2-6 weeks and can begin production immediately after.
