William Fultz is an NC State educated Professional Engineer licensed in multiple states. Before graduation and licensure, he spent his earlier years building, renovating, and remodeling homes to pay for college. Combining both education and experience gives William a good balance of theoretical and practical construction knowledge that serves him well in today’s industry. When not designing homes, William uses what free time (and energy) he has with his family, enjoying the great outdoors and reading really, thick books.

Kai Hubbard is a manager and drafter at Craft Home Plans. He has a background and degrees in science, education, and manufacturing. Kai enjoys serving builders and manufacturers to deliver houses families can call home. In his free time, he explores the outdoors and find beautiful days to disc golf at the Upstate's best courses.

Anthony Berneche is a media developer and drafter at Craft Home Plans. He comes from a family that has decades of modular housing experience and has been involved in housing for most of his life. In addition to 4+ years of drafting and 3D modeling experience, Anthony has self-studied entrepreneurship and computer development, and worked to help produce several indie films. When not involved with a work project, Anthony enjoys inventing new recipes, tabletop storytelling with friends, and small maker projects.
